Dairy Cattle
With a great deal of knowledge and experience between our vets we take a proactive, whole herd approach that focuses on disease management and prevention, in order to maximise cow health, welfare and profitability. We appreciate that every dairy farm is different and can create a tailored and bespoke level of veterinary intervention that best suits you and your herd. We provide a 24-hour farm service for any emergency calls.
Herd Fertility
We offer either regular or adhoc routine fertility visits which provide an opportunity to perform ultrasound examination of non-bullers, problem cows and pregnancy diagnosis. We also recommend the examination of freshly calved cows in order to detect any issues prior to the end of the voluntary wait period. At your request we can analyse your fertility data in order to monitor herd performance and provide quarterly reports. We are also able to fertility test any bulls you may be using.
